Would you like to get better at using simple drawings to communicate complex concepts? Increase the speed at which you draw? Build and expand their visual vocabulary? Know more about visual energisers and storyboarding? Get inspired on how to visualise things from the work of others?
Well if that's the case, then the Drawing Gym is just the place for you. The Drawing Gym is a series of online hands-on live training sessions that will help you to improve your drawing skills. Giovanni Ruello will be your Drawing Gym instructor.
Drawing is a skill, and like any other skill, it can be improved. If you want to stay in shape and get stronger, you would go to the gym and do workout. There you learn the correct moves with the help of a trainer and most of all you will practice, practice, practice. The Gym sessions will be supported by a '7DaysDrawingChallenge', a process that will allow you to improve your visual confidence, one drawing at time, 6 minutes a day, for 7 days. You will be provided with a template and a keyword every day, which you will need to translate into a visual concept. This approach will allow you to see how you think while sketching during your daily exercise and to train your visual thinking.
So if you want to take your drawing skills to the next level and harness the power of visual communication, join the Gym! Sharpen your pencil and have fun!
